For those who need clarity (aka Grandma)

My finger is still broken
but it's healing.
Well enough that I can swim again.
I can't play in the games or anything,
but I can swim with my broken finger & ring finger
taped together.
And I didn't get any cast off
because I just have a splint,
no cast.
